Use PadRoute as another check—not the final word.

Pleasant Company Pty Ltd, ABN 19 675 312 204, operates PadRoute. The app is for licensed heavy vehicle drivers and is not intended for children.

PadRoute offers a Free plan and an optional PadRoute Pro subscription. At public launch, Australian prices are A$14.99 per month or A$119.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers to the Yearly plan can receive a 14-day free trial, then pay A$119.99 per year unless cancelled. The price, trial eligibility and offer displayed by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation govern your purchase.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple or Google charges your store account. Manage or cancel the subscription through the App Store or Google Play; deleting PadRoute data does not cancel store billing. TestFlight and Google Play testing access remains a beta and may include temporary access or entitlements that differ from the public release.

PadRoute uses downloaded public network data to help you check routes and conditions. Downloaded copies are not legally authorised and cannot define authorised routes. The NHVR National Network Map is the legal source. You remain responsible for checking official access, permits, conditions and vehicle suitability before driving.

PadRoute is independent and is not affiliated with the NHVR or any road authority. It does not issue permits, authorise routes, replace official maps, replace work diaries, provide legal advice, or guarantee that a road or stop is suitable for your vehicle.

You remain responsible for checking official access, permits, notices, your vehicle and load, dimensions, mass, road and weather conditions, fatigue rules and local requirements before driving. Conditions may change after PadRoute downloads source data or a driver submits a report.

Set up and check PadRoute while parked or stopped wherever practical. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you or breaks road rules. Directions support a route you have already checked. They do not transfer control or responsibility to PadRoute.

Drivers can contribute only through PadRoute's fixed report choices and confirmations. These are observations, not official notices. Report only what you reasonably believe is current and accurate. Do not manipulate reports, submit false or repeated information, automate submissions, evade contribution restrictions, or use reports to harass, abuse or endanger anyone.

You can report objectionable updates using PadRoute's fixed reasons. Reporting an update immediately hides that update and its anonymous source from you. It does not automatically remove the update for everyone. PadRoute reviews the case promptly and decides whether wider action is needed.

PadRoute may combine reports, show their age, stop showing or remove an update, remove its link to a device, or suspend its anonymous source from making further contributions. A contribution suspension does not prevent the driver from navigating, reading updates, reporting objectionable content or contacting support. A report may remain after we remove its link to the device that submitted it.

Do not interfere with PadRoute, get around access controls, overload the service, copy or redistribute protected content at scale, reverse engineer closed parts of the service, add malicious code, impersonate someone else or use PadRoute unlawfully.

PadRoute's software, branding, presentation and original content belong to Pleasant Company Pty Ltdor its licensors. Road, map, stop and regulatory source data remains subject to its own licences and attribution. OpenStreetMap, OpenMapTiles, OpenFreeMap, NHVR and other source names do not imply endorsement of PadRoute.

PadRoute relies on app stores, maps, place search, hosting and public-data services. If they change or stop working, PadRoute may be affected. PadRoute links to official sources and other services but does not control what they publish.

PadRoute is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, coverage, data sources and update timing may change. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, error-free results or information that is always current. These terms do not remove rights or guarantees that cannot legally be removed, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent the law allows, Pleasant Company Pty Ltd is not liable for loss caused by relying on PadRoute instead of making required official checks, using the app unsafely or unlawfully, third-party services, or information outside our reasonable control. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only as the law permits.

We may limit contributions or other access to protect drivers, source data, other users or PadRoute, or to deal with misuse or legal requirements. We will post changed terms here with a new date. If a change is material, the app will ask you to accept the current terms before you contribute again. You can continue using non-contribution features without accepting the driver-reporting terms.
