Bring the permits your business holds into route planning. Strict route configurations restrict the vehicle’s routing to its pre-approved roads, so you can instantly create an optimised journey plan within that network.
Already have an approved route? Drivers can import an NHVR route link or a supported GPX, KML or GeoJSON file, review the journey and follow it with turn-by-turn guidance.
Keep established runs ready for relief drivers. Reopen pinned plans, confirm the vehicle and recheck conditions before departure.
Strict network routing is also included in individual Pro subscriptions. Fleet adds central permit, vehicle, device and licence management.

How is Fleet different from Pro?
Pro provides route planning, strict network routing, route checks and driver guidance on an individual device. Fleet includes Pro on each licensed device, plus company permit management, shared vehicles and central device and licence administration.
Can we use an existing approved route?
Yes. Import an NHVR route link or a supported GPX, KML or GeoJSON file, review the route and follow it with turn-by-turn guidance.
Where can we use PadRoute?
Find stops and facilities across Australia, including rest areas, service stations, truck parking and public weighbridges. Road access checks use available NHVR data for the ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. What is available still depends on the source and location. See support and coverage information.
What if we need fewer than 10 or more than 200 devices?
For fewer than 10 devices, explore individual Pro subscriptions. For more than 200 devices or additional requirements, discuss your enterprise operation.
